• All Wheels-In/Wheels-Out Sandwich trailers can be fitted with a refrigeration unit - the construction and standard features of the refrigerated trailers are therefore identical.
• Please see the above "Sandwich" trailer ranges for technical specifications.

 Refrigeration Unit:
• Refrigeration unit with more power than required for the job, specially built for trailer use (vibration, dampness etc.)
• Maximum power consumption is: 810W up to model HK 203015 and 1024W from model HK 203015. Cooling output with box temp. +2°C and air temp. +32°C is 1271W up to model HK 20314 and 2167W from model HK 203014. Cooling output at box temp. +10C and air temp. +32C is 1588W up to model HK 203014 and 2695W from model HK 203014.
• Environmentally-friendly refrigeration liquid 'R404A', CFC-free.
• Fully automatic thermostatic control.
• Elecrtonically-programmed hot-gas defrosting.
• Mains wiring, with earthed plug and cable.
• Refrigeration unit mounted above 'road spray' area.
• Cold air is blown directly from the unit into the trailer avoiding temperature loss through ducting.		 Optional Extras:
• Insulated floor.
• Generator mounted on the drawbar for charging of the refrigeration unit when towing.

    Freezer Box-Van

• All-round insulation 80mm, rear double doors 85mm, multiple seals, with two rotary bolt locking mechanisms, and door catches when open, 270° door opening angle.
• Smooth PVC coated interior walls, in accordance with the latest hygiene regulations.
• Large rear lights with integrated triangular reflectors and fog light.
• Standard interior light 12 volt.
• Torsion-resistant, stainless steel door frame.
• Independent suspension and brakin on all wheels.
• Aluminium treadplate skirting board 250mm high, all around the inside for added protection.		 Freezer Unit:
• Temperature adjustable to -18°C.
• Environmentally-friendly liquid 'R404A', CFC-free.
• Fully-automatic thermostatic control.
• Electronically programmable 'hot-gas' defrosting.
• Mains wiring, with earthed plug and cable.
• Refrigeration unit mounted above 'road spray' area.
